How do I place an order for printed marketing material?
To place an order, an account must be made. Items can be added to the shopping cart, however the user must login or create a new account. Please note that there is NO cost associated with any orders.
How do I check the status of an order?
To check the status of an order go to the Order History Tab. Click the arrow next to View to expand the order. All items will be displayed with the associated status. Once an order is marked Completed and Shipped/Delivered there will be a tracking number added. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be redirected to UPS's website to view the status of the shipment.
What is the difference between View Details and Quick View?
View Details will open directly to the product, upon exiting the user will be directed to the shopping cart. Quick View allows the user to add the product and then proceed directly back to the product category that they were previously viewing.
How do I reorder material?
You must be logged into your account to view past orders. Proceed to the Order History Tab, you can search by past order date or past order number. You can select to reorder individual items or select an entire past order. Once selected, the past items/orders will be added to the shopping cart. There you will have the option to adjust shipping as well as the number of items before checking out.
How can I digitally download material?
Digitally downloading a file does not require a login. Simply select the Product, click on the red link located under the Product Asset. Proceed to download and view the PDF file.
How do I add or manage shipping address?
For users that order for multiple locations, select Profile Settings, click on My addresses or Add New Address. Please note that the primary address will always default to the address used when the account was created. Addresses will stay saved in the users’ profile for future reference. Upon checkout, you can select the designated address in which to ship your material.
